Nissan’s plans for Indian Auto Expo 2014
Nissan the Japanese car maker has revealed its plans for forthcoming Indian Auto Expo 2014. According to sources of company it will be displaying the huge fleet of new vehicles in Indian car market among the audiences during the auto expo. However the most eye catching event will be unveil of new facelift Sunny and its new upcoming concept car based on Friend-Me platform. The facelift Sunny sedan has been upgraded with various cosmetic changes at both exteriors and interiors front. The front fascia has been enhanced with grilles of new design, new front bumper, new headlamps and excessive use of chrome coats. On the other side the concept car based on Friend-Me concept will be designed on company’s recent thoughts associated with technology of car and entertainment. Apart from this it is also reported that company will showcased the accessorized version of its SUV Terrano, which was launched few months, during the show. Moving ahead with an objective of making its MUV Evalia more competitive it will showcase its enhanced version during the show.
The plans of company do not end with these unveils, apart from above mentioned vehicles it will also display the new versions of Micra Active and new hatchback in family Micra followed by (price cut version) of Sunny sedan during the auto expo. With this company will also work on creating awareness towards road safety under its Nissan Safety Driving Forum (NSDF). During this awareness program audiences will be told about the benefits of using seat belts, airbags and anti lock braking systems.
It would be interested to know that during this auto expo Nissan has something to offer everyone coming in the show. Where at one point it will be showcasing new models of its cars of car aspirants on the other side it will also display the championship winning GT-R GT 500 which participates in Japan’s coveted Super GT series in GT 500 class for motors sports lovers. In simple words it can be said that Nissan will not leave anyone disappointed coming into the show from its stand.
