Now Enjoy Contactless Sales Service by Hyundai India
Following the new normal guideline of maintaining the social distance, the Indian alliance of Korean carmaker Hyundai Motors has initiated the contactless sales service facility for its customers. The company also launched the AT Chatbot ‘HI Hyundai’ to improve the experience of its customers. Earlier to offer safe and hassle free car buying experience following the guideline of social distancing the company had initiated Hyundai Showroom Live in November 2020. The campaign has been adopted by more 5,000 Hyundai Dealers across the country. With the new application the customers are contacting the sales consultants virtually and discussing the sales possibilities.
Commenting on the new Initiative Mr Tarun Garg, Director- Sales, Marketing & Service, Hyundai Motor India said, "Pioneering innovation in Automotive Retail, Hyundai has been at the forefront introducing multiple initiatives that offer customers a contactless virtual experience through their car buying journey and beyond. Last year, in November we launched a contactless sales initiative - Hyundai Showroom Live that has been well accepted by customers with over 50,000 contactless video conference sales consultations so far. Additionally, with the launch of 'Hi Hyundai', AI Chatbot customers can seamlessly experience an intuitive virtual assistance for all their queries. As we adopt more and more digital initiatives, Hyundai will continue to lead the industry with thoughtful innovations for enhanced customer delight."
The Hyundai Showroom Live offers the facility to get the 360 degree of the vehicle, understand its specifications, get the brochures, and compare the cars. It also facilitates the prospective buyers to get their family members join the discussion from their locations. To book the vehicle online the buyers can click on the option of online booking. The showroom also sends messages to the customers through SMS.
