Pictures of Tata Kite 5 captured during Production
After successful launch of Tiago hatchback in Indian car market, domestic car maker Tata Motors is all set to bring its new compact sedan Kite 5 sometimes during the festive season. Therefore to exploit the situation to its full extent car maker has commenced its production. Recently spies succeed in capturing the images of same giving glimpse about the exteriors and interiors that would be offered in upcoming compact sedan.
Prior to this car maker had showcased the vehicle during the Indian Auto Expo 2016 held in the month of February. According to reports after launch in Indian car market Kite 5 will be one of the least priced compact sedan available in country. The pictures of un-camouflaged Kite 5 captured by spies seems to be top end variant as it embellishes features like touchscreen infotainment system, alloy rims and reverse parking camera. It is reported that it will also have huge boot capacity of 420 litres.
Under the bonnet it will adorn both petrol and diesel engine configurations of 1.2 litre three cylinder Revotron Petrol engine boosting the power of 83 bhp and torque of 114Nm. The diesel variant will bestow engine of 1.05 L Revotorq diesel engine that will churnthe power of 69 bhp and torque of 140Nm. Transmission system will include five speed manual gear transmission system, it is also grapevine that AMT system might be also in the same. Physically it will measure length of 3,995 mm, width of 1,647mm and height of 2,450 mm and wheelbase of 2, 450mm.
