Porsche globally unveils Panamera 2017 in Berlin
German car maker Porsche has globally unwrapped generation next Panamera, the sports saloon in an event in Berlin. According to sources of company the 2017 Panamera has been developed completely with new offerings and features including even the engine line-up. In redeveloping the new version of Panamera car maker has made full- fledged use of its existing features which will help in improving performance and luxuriousness of the luxurious sports giant.
The engine line-up will include twin turbo engines including 2.9 litre V6 Biturbo petrol engine generating power of 434 bhp and torque of 550Nm and will touch the mark from standstill to 100 kmph in the span of 4.4 seconds. The other Turbo engine will be 4.0 litre V8 petrol engine which will boost the power of 542 bhp and torque of 770Nm, this engine configuration will reach the mark of 100 kmph in gap of mere 3.8 seconds. The diesel variant will be empowered with 4.0 litre V8 engine boosting the power of 416 bhp followed by torque of 850Nm. This trim of Panamera 2017 will touch the speed of 100 kmph in 4.5 seconds. The engine family will be mated with 8 speed PDK dual clutch transmission system, facilitating smoother and faster gear shifts and offer 16 percent improved fuel efficiency and engine performance.
On the exteriors it receives new LED lights on both front and rear portion. The rear spoiler starts working automatically when the sports saloon is driven at high speed. The sports coupe receives completely new look as an impact of roofline which has been developed as courtesy of newly developed side windows, which simultaneously minimizes height of rear portion to 20mm. The wheelbase of 30mm succeeds in removing the absence of eye catching style which missed in its erstwhile version.
Inside the cabin it embellishes Advanced Cockpit with bunch of remarkable features in form of configured LED screens with 12.3 inch touchscreen Porsche Communication Management system blessed with host of digital functions and online services. The buyers looking for four seat version will be offered their saloon equipped with digital screen on the rear portion also. Moving ahead towards other features the Porsche Panamera 2015 is blessed with plethora of features that are preferred by generation next buyers. These features include massage seats, panoramic tilt roof, 3D surround sound system, adaptive air suspension system, Porsche active suspension management, Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus, Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control Sport System, electromechanical steering wheel and many more. The sale of 2017 Porsche Panamera will commence from November this year.
