Prices Of Maruti Cars Reduced After Slash In Corporate Tax

After the announcement of a reduction in the corporate tax rate by the Finance Minister few days back, country’s leading car making company Maruti Suzuki India Limited has announced to cut the prices of the few models with an immediate effect. According to the recent reports the Indo-Japanese car maker the price cut of Rs. 5,000 (on ex-showroom price) will be effected from today on the selected models including Alto K10, Alto 800, Baleno Diesel, Swift Diesel, Celerio, Vitara Brezza, Tour S Diesel, Ignis, Dzire Diesel and S-Cross. The sources of the company said that this reduction in the prices will be offered along with the existing offers offered by the company in the recent times.
 
It would be interesting to know that going through a huge decline in the sales most of the car makers across the country have announced huge discount on the line of the vehicles manufactured by them. And, following the same Maruti Suzuki India Limited announced the discount ranging from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 1,01,200 on the fleet of its selected models. Commenting on the government’s initiative to boost the sales the sources of the company said it will, "proactively and voluntarily share the benefits of corporate tax reduction with its customers."

Moving ahead the sources said that the company feels and is optimistic that the reduction in the prices will help in attracting the entry level customers towards the new vehicles. Commenting on the situation the company sources said, "This announcement around the festive season will help boost customer sentiment and revive the market to create demand," 
 
At present the Indo-Japanese car maker is all set to launch its new hatchback S-Presso in the Indian car market on September 30, 2019. Prior to this the last month also the company launched the MPV XL 6, also regarded as an extended version of Ertiga. So, now with these two new launches and a plethora of amazing offers the company speculates to revive the sales during the days of the Navratri and Diwali.
