Renault also to hike prices of its products
Renault India, the Indian arm of French car maker Renault Motors has announced that it will hike the prices of current line-up in Indian car market from January. According to sources of company decision regarding price hiking has been taken due to increasing cost of production and will be according to standards of industry, without putting huge burden on the pockets of customers. As it is known that Renault Pulse and recently launched Renault Duster are highly acclaimed products in their segments from Renault family.

Commenting on the decision of increasing prices Mr. Sumit Sawhney, Executive Director, Sales and Marketing said as an impact of current economic scenario for instance increasing prices of raw material, company has decided to hike the prices of its existing product line from January 2014. He also added that more information regarding price hike will be announced soon, and it will be according to industry norms.
