Renault Duster sequel from Nissan to be a stunner

Nissan is working very hard to make rebadged Duster different from the original Renault Duster. The car maker is putting all its heart and soul to give the Nissan Duster a look that would turn into a stunner. So far, there is no news about the production and launch details. But according to the reports, the company will be producing Nissan Duster at its Chennai plant. Rumors in the market suggest that the car would arrive in India by late 2013 or to be precise, in September 2013. The images of the Nissan Duster have been leaked on the internet and we see a different look here.  The front of the car was seen with the radio antenna, cute looking fog lamps, tow hook, bumper, grille and headlamp cluster, which was completely distinct from Renault’s Duster. Even the rear end of the car features very interesting tail lights, which seemed to be inspired from Chevrolet Crossover. This means that similar body parts could be seen in this one as Duster is already produced there.

Get Renault Duster Price

Manufacturing the new Nissan Duster there would certainly help Nissan to keep the price tag very economical and affordable. According to the grapevine, Nissan’s Duster would cost about Rs. 50000 to Rs. 60000 less than Duster. With this price on hand, we could expect this one to be a major success as well in the Indian car bazaar.

Besides working on Nissan Duster, the car maker had recently launched the special edition of Nissan Sunny in both diesel and petrol. The petrol variant of Nissan Sunny Special Edition is priced at Rs. 8.60 lakh, while the diesel one will cost you Rs. 9.68 lakh. Even Nissan Sylphy Sedan is on cards and expected to hit the Indian shores very soon!
