Renault India, the Indian alliance of French car maker is going to commence after-sales service camp throughout the country and will be organised by all Renault dealers located in different corners of India. The service camp will be organised from November 7th to November 13, 2016 and will be named as “Renault Winter Camp”. Industry experts believe that with this camp the car maker intends to strengthen its relation with customers and provide them the best service experience which is not offered by other car manufacturers.

 

 

According to sources of company the main objective of organizing this camp to ensure superior performance of car during the winter season. During camp the Renault car owners bringing car will be offered comprehensive check-up of their car strictly according to guidelines. These check-up help in ensuring the improved performance by car and protect car owners from any kind of atmospheric problem which they might face during winter. With this the car maker is also offering substantial discount of about 25% to its buyers on purchase of few accessories, discount of 20% on purchase of spare parts like brake parts, spark plugs and AC Filters, 10% discount on labor charges, 15% discount on various value added services followed by impressive plans on Renault Assured Insurance renewal along with extended warranty and many more.

Apart from above mentioned services offered during the camp, various interesting activities will be organized by company to enhance customer’s participation in different activities organized from time to time by car maker. According to reports with an objective to strengthen its roots in Indian car market the French car maker is also introducing various new services like Renault Selection, Assured (cashless accident repairs), Finance, Secure (road side assistance). With this the company is also extending its network across the country and plans to increase the number of its sales and service centres from 250 to 270.
