Since the unveil of KWID hatchback by French car maker Renault last week, car enthusiasts in Indian car market have started speculating about the features that would be offered in this premium small car. According to rumors being aired in cyber world the KWID would be empowered with 800 cc engine which would generate the maximum power of 57 bhp.

 

It is also rumored that after assessing the response from Indian buyer’s car maker may also bring the diesel variant of same along with more powerful petrol engine. The car is scheduled to reach customers sometimes during festive season and would be offered with price tag falling varying from Rs. 3 lakh to Rs. 4 lakh. The hatchback is developed on company’s CMF-A platform and will compete against Hyundai EON and Maruti Suzuki Alto.

 

Talking about the features that would be adorned in KWID is expected to be offered AMT system and bestow features like Media Nav multimedia and navigation system supporting connectivity with bluetooth, optional air bags and many more.
