Renault Megane 2016 to be unveiled during Frankfurt Motor Show
French car maker Renault Motors has confirmed that the generation next Megane would be showcased during Frankfurt Motor Show scheduled to be held in September this year. It was confirmed by Mr. Laurens Van Den Acker, designing head at Renault Motors during the global unveil of KWID couple of days back in Chennai. According to reports the new Megane would be developed on car maker’s CMF architecture (CMF-CD) will not only result in minimizing the weight of Megane but will also help car maker in determining the cost of Megane competitive to others in segment.
After launch the new Megane would compete against it existing rivals like Peugot 308 and Volkswagen Golf. Going through the non-existence of demand for such cars in Indian car market it is not yet sure that whether same would be launched in Indian car market or not.
