Renault to unveil facelift Duster during Frankfurt Auto Show
After making successful debut in both International and Indian market, Renault has decided to unveil the facelift version of its compact Sport Utility Vehicle Renault Duster, during Frankfurt Auto Show to be held during September 2013. As is known that this SUV received overwhelming response from Indian car lovers and succeeded in strengthening roots of Renault in Indian market which was finding it difficult to enhance its position until the launch of Duster. According to experts of auto industry the launch of this facelift Duster will help in taking the reputation of Duster to new heights in Indian market. It is reported that although not much changes have been updated in the facelift edition but still experts speculate that these changes will be noticeable and facilitate the buyers to differentiate between the existing version and the facelift version. However according to sources of Renault have announced that it will introduce fascinating changes in this compact SUV which will undoubtedly grab the attention of huge customers.
It is reported that the facelift will include redesigned grill which will now be integrated with two chrome strips. Integration of daytime running lights followed by double optic headlights and new air intake are other noteworthy changes. It would be interested to know that new air intake and enhance light clusters will not be visible due to newly introduced front grille. On the rear side only tail lights have been redesigned. Sources have also revealed that new variant will also carry Eco 2 button mounted on 1.5 litre dCi prototypes.
It is also reported that facelift will also include new roof bars supported by bordered support. The roof will also carry a tail pipe plated with chrome and a new badge followed by a pair of 16 inch dark metal alloys. With these minor changes Renault expects that the facelift version will succeed in grabbing the attention of customers throughout the world. However till now it has been revealed that these changes will be introduced in Duster’s model being launched in European market, but it is anticipated that Renault will introduce the same changes in models of Duster available in other markets of world.
It is reported that Renault is not interested to bring major changes in design of Duster, because company feels that finally it was Duster’s design which played an incredible role in making it a huge success.
