Renault Triber Bookings Start @Down Payment Of Rs. 11K
Renault India, the Indian alliance of French car maker Rensult has started receiving the bookings of its highly awaited MPV Triber in the Indian car market at the down payment of Rs. 11,000. The MPV is slated for launch in India on August 28, 2019. With an objective to facilitate the prospective buyers, the company has also developed a dedicated website for the same. Along with this you can also have a glimpse of Triber parked at your nearest dealership. Developed by common CMF-A platform shared between Renault and Nissan, the seven seater MPV would be offered in four trims namely RxE, RxL, RxT and RxZ.
Under the hood, Triber will be equipped with 1.0 litre, 3 cylinder petrol engine that generates the power of 72 bhp and the torque of 96 Nm. The transmission duties will be performed by five speed manual gear transmission system followed by an option of AMT system, although, after the launch of standard version. It is also grapevine that in the later months company will also launch the 1.0 litre turbocharged engine of the same.
The design of Triber is developed by the research and developments of company in Indian and France, and therefore has been strictly developed to meet the expectations of the buyers in Indian car market. The MPV is being produced at its production unit located in Chennai. According to the industry reports, after launch in Indian car market, it will be also launched in the various international markets. Some of the impressive features that would be adorned for the first time in any vehicle under the segment includes EASYFIX seats, eight inch Media NAV touchscreen infotainment system that supports connectivity with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Other features will include anti-lock braking system, dual front airbags, speed alert and rear parking sensors at standard features.
