Renault Triber Offered With The Starting Price Of Rs. 4.95 Lakh

For all those who want to buy a premium vehicle at an affordable price, French car maker Renault has launched the compact SUV Triber with the starting price of Rs. 4.95 lakh (ex-showroom price, for the base variant). Developed on the CMF-A platform that was used for developing the hatchback Kwid and therefore carries lots of its cues from the same. It is offered in four trims namely RXE, RXL, RXT and RXZ. It will be a tough contender to Redi Go+ , Maruti Suzuki Swift, Hyundai Grand i10 Nios and Mahindra TUV300.

Mechanically, under the hood it is empowered with 1.0 litre, three cylinder engine that generates the power of 71 bhp and the torque of 96 Nm. The transmission duties are performed by five-speed manual gear transmission system. Speaking about the features that are offered in the Triber, it would be interesting to know that with an objective to offer comfortable seating experience to the passengers the Reanult has adopted the detachable strategy that will facilitate you remove them according to your convenience. The boot space is although quite lesser only 84 litre, but removing the last two seat rows offer you the facility of extending the boot space to 625 litres.
 
As far as other features are concerned it is equipped with eight inch infotainment system that supports connectivity with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, USB charging for the rear seat passengers, cooled glove box, air conditioner control for the rear seat passengers, push-button start, climate control, reverse camera, keyless entry and many more. On the safety front, it embellishes the features like four airbags, mandatory speed alert system, seatbelt reminder, three point seatbelts for all the passengers, and rear parking sensors. All these safety features are strictly according to the new safety norms determined for by the government.

On the exterior front, the company has not left any stone unturned in giving the Tribe a rugged look, similar to SUV. It receives black plastic claddings across the body and skid plates followed by huge lights and fifteen inch alloy wheels.
