Renault XBA getting ready for soon launch
After successful launch of Lodgy MPV in Indian car maker last week, French car maker is going to surprise Indian car enthusiasts with more launch in form of a hatchback car codenamed as XBA. The car is already on sale in International market and according to reports denying all earlier reports of launching XBA sometimes by the end of this year, car maker may launch it at the earliest in Indian car market. The upcoming hatchback has been developed on Common Module Family – Affordable platform.
Under the hood XBA hatchback would be empowered with 800 cc petrol engine and would be offered with both manual gear and automatic gear transmission system. It is expected to be offered with starting price of Rs. 4 lakh onwards and after launch in Indian car market it will compete against Hyundai Eon and Maruti Suzuki Alto. With this launch the French car maker has revealed its intentions of marking its strong presence in hatchback segment of Indian car market.
Company recent launch Lodgy MPV has received an overwhelming response from car enthusiasts in Indian car market. With two engine power tunes of 85 PS and 110 PS, Renault Lodgy is energized with 1.5 litre K9K diesel engine.
