Renualt Duster 4x4 expected next month
Name of Renault Duster does not require any introduction to introduce itself in world of Compact SUV’s which have made their established image among the car enthusiasts. Going through the increasing craze of prospective buyers towards compact SUV, the French car maker had launched 4x4 version of Duster already in global market. It is now reported that encouraged from remarkable success enjoyed also by 4x4 version of Duster in global market, car maker is all set to launch the same version in Indian car market.
The 4x4 version will be introduced in top 110PS diesel variant which will be boosted with 110bhp 1.5 litre K9K diesel engine. Although in global market the variant is being offered in both petrol and diesel version, in India it is speculated to be offered only in diesel avatar. The engine would be mated with six speed manual gearbox.
As far as the price of Duster 4x4 is concerned it is expected to be priced about Rs. 80,000 above the price of ongoing 110 PS RxZ version of Duster. After launch it would be the high priced version of Duster offered in Duster and will compete against Mahindra Scorpio 4x4.
