Rolls Royce Dawn debuts with starting price of Rs. 6.25 Crore

British iconic car maker Rolls Royce today launched its highly awaited luxurious convertible in Indian with starting price of Rs. 6.25 Crore (ex-showroom, Mumbai). The convertible is empowered with 6.6 litre twin turbocharged V12 petrol engine that boosts the power of 563 b hp and torque of 820Nm. Its engine is mated with eight speed automatic transmission system that helps car in touching the mark of 100 kmph in span of 5 seconds with top notch of 250Kmph.

The four seater convertible shares its most of the cues from Wraith coupe, however company sources have endorsed that the new convertible will be more stylish and blessed with wide range of remarkable features. After Phantom, Ghost and Wraith, Dawn is the fourth product by UK based car maker in Indian car market. As far as looks of Dawn are concerned, although company sources claim that almost 80% of styling introduced in convertible is new, but still at first instance it gives an impression of Wraith. The long bonnet, lengthy rear overhand and a high shoulder line, short front overhangs, 2:1 wheel height etc are enough to make it look different Wraith.

Inside the cabin it receives huge wooden work along with high quality leather. Other interesting features offered in interiors are bespoke audio system with 16 individually tuned speakers, four zone automatic climate control, multimedia navigation system, 10.25 inch touchscreen HD navigation display and many more.  On the exteriors the front fascia receives chrome grille with headlamps with projector lights, DRLs, sequence of LED lights at the beneath of headlamp, big air intake and centralized air dam. The bonnet has been newly developed, however it continues the conventional Spirit of Ecstasy at its head.
