Saif Ali Khan Is The New Owner Of Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT
Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan has now also become the new owner of Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT SUV manufactured by American car maker Jeep, which made its official debut last year in the Indian car market. The variant purchased by Saif Ali Khan is performance edition of Grand Cherokee and is priced Rs. 1.07 crore (ex-showroom). Mr. Kevin Flynn, President and Managing Director, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles presented the keys of Cherokee SRT to Saif Ali Khan. The performance edition of Grand Jeep Cherokee SRT is the perfect blend of power and off-road capabilities merged in one unit.
Under the hood Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT is powered by 6.4 litre HEMI V8 petrol engine that is capable of boosting the power of 469 bhp and torque of 650Nm. The transmission duties are performed by eight speed automatic transmission system. It is capable of touching the mark of 100 kmph in the span of 4 seconds and is offered with Quadratrack-2 four wheel drive option. To offer the improved performance and smooth handling it is embellished with Brembo brakes and an active damping suspension system.
On the interior front is equipped with luxurious features that are integrated to offer comfort traveling experience to the five passengers. The major features loaded inside the cabin are ventilated leather upholstered seats, satellite navigation, leather wrapped steering wheel and gearshift knob, seven inch touchscreen infotainment system, automatic climate and cruise control system and many more. On the safety front it adorns the features like ABS, airbags, stability control, traction control and tyre pressure monitoring system as standard feature.
