Sales of Audi increases by 17.8 percent during month of October 2013

Audi India the Indian arm of German car maker Audi Motors has witnessed an increase of 17.8% sales as compared to sales during the same period last year. According to sales records revealed by company it has sold out 1,002 units of its vehicles during the month of October 2013 as against 850 units sold during the same period last year. Similarly it also recorded growth of 15.4% in sales during the period from January 2013 to October 2013, wherein it sold out 8,393 units of Audi vehicles as compared to 7,267 units sold during January 2012 to October 2012.
 
Apart from these impressive sales records Audi India also established its showroom in Karnal and Vadodara and will be opening two more showroom on different locations. Encouraged from the growth progress Audi’s India head Mr. Joe King said with outstanding performance during the month of October Audi has moved one step ahead towards its objective of becoming the first luxury car manufacturer in Indian car market selling out 10,000 units during a year. Mr. King also added that although company had to face tough competition in market but it focused mainly on updating its products and exploring its network and offering some interesting finance schemes and service campaign, which played an important role in strengthening company’s position in market.
