Sales of Toyota decline by 12.21 percent in December 2013
With Indian Auto Expo standing at door major car makers have witnessed decline in their sales during the month of December. According to reports Toyota Kirloskar Motors, the Indian arm of Japanese auto giant Toyota Motors has recorded the decline of 12.21 percent in its sales during the last month of 2013. According to sales statistics revealed by company it sold out 12, 622 units in the month of December 2013 whereas during the same period in 2012 it had sold out 14, 378 units. In local market during the month of December 2012 company sold out 12, 071 units whereas during the same period in December 2013 it had sold 10, 648 units.
Commenting on this decline Mr. Sandeep Singh, Deputy Managing Director and CEO, marketing and commercial Toyota Motors said that situation of market will improve in coming months will improve is suspicious. In this words company had worked hard to improve the situation at all ends and company thanks to all its customers for their support ensuring them to continue delivering them qualitative services in coming future. Mr. Singh has also extended his best wishes for New Year to customers.
