Sketch of Maruti Suzuki Swift 2017 revealed
Maruti Suzuki Swift, one of the best selling hatchbacks by country’s eminent car maker MSIL is going through its third generation which debuted back in 2010. Now the fourth generation of hatchback is getting ready to enter in the world of hatchbacks sometimes during next month. According to reports the new avatar of Swift will be launched in Japan during the month of August 2017. Recently the sketch of same has been revealed in cyber world. The proposed version of Swift is at initial stage of development in Europe.
Going through the sketches it can be predicted that in its new avatar Maruti Swift will continue its existing designs with most of its features and major changes will be introduced inside the cabin. The new Swift will be developed on new platform on which Baleno hatchback is developed and will be almost 50 kg lighter than existing version.
In European car market the new Swift is speculated to be empowered with K12C 1.2-litre DUALJET naturally-aspirated four-cylinder and K10C DITC 1.0-litre turbocharged three-cylinder petrol engine configurations. It is also reported that the sports version of Swift will adorn K14C-DITC, 1.4 litre Boosterjet turbocharged four cylinder petrol engine, carried from Suzuki Vitara.
