Skoda India inducts ‘If You Drink, We Drive’ initiative
Volkswagen’s Czesh subsidiary, Skoda, has kick started a new initiative in India which is valid only until a limited period of time. This new initiative is called ‘If You Drink,We Drive’ which contrives to render value added services to their customers and also spread awareness regarding safe and responsible driving among the customers.

The initiative has been designed exquisitely for those who own a Skoda car located in Mumbai. In this initiative, the company will provide a driver to the customers to drop them home while coming back home after a party, IPL matches and other get-togethers organized at a friend’s place or a club or a restaurants. Skoda will commence this program effective April 27th and will last for a month until May 27th, 2012.

Commenting on the new initiative, the Marketing head of Skoda Auto India, Mr. Kamal Basu said that safety is a primary concern for us and generating awareness about safe and responsible driving is of foremost value to Skoda India. Skoda’s new initiative ‘If You Drink, We Drive’ is a dilation of this effort to support safe and responsible driving amid Skoda car owners.

The ‘If you Drink, We Drive’ program is exclusively for the Skoda car owners who commute to the venues and go back home in their Skoda cars. Skoda will make sure that the chauffer service is provided after stern confirmation procedure. This is a great way to connect with the existing customers, the initiative aims at raising awareness for the safe and responsible driving amongst its customers. Skoda is present in India for quite some time now and some of the popular Skoda cars in India, Skoda Fabia, Skoda Rapid, Skoda Superb etc.
