Skoda launched Octavia Anniversary Edition in India, priced at Rs. 15.45 lakh
With festive season around and all major car makers offering lucrative offers to encash the opportunity, Czech car maker Skoda has also launched the Anniversary Edition of its premium sedan Octavia priced Rs. 15.45 lakh (Ex-showroom price, Maharashtra). In this way the car maker is going to hit two birds with a stone because where at one side this edition has been offered at huge disount as compared to its actual price of Rs. 20 lakh due to which the buyers were going away from it, on the other side it has also something new to offer its buyers during this festive season. The anniversary edition has been named as Style Plus and bestows some interesting features.
Under the hood the Anniversary Edition will continue the same engine configurations as offered in both petrol and diesel trims i.e. 1.8 TSI 180PS petrol trim churning the power of 178 bhp and torque of 250 Nm mated with 7-Speed DSG transmission on the other hand 2.0 TDI 143PS diesel engine boost the power of 141 bhp and 320 N is equipped with 6-speed DSG gearbox. Talking about Special features that will be included in Anniversary edition our keyless engine start stop, Gear shift controls on Steering Wheel, Smartlink Mobile Connectivity, Rear Parking Camera and 8 air bags.
