Special edition of Maruti Suzuki Swift facelift showcased during Wind Song Festival
The 2nd phase of Wind Song Festival 2014 organized under the joint collaboration of country’s leading car manufacturing company Maruti Suzuki India Limited and leading garment manufacturer Provogue began on Sunday 9 November 2014, near Mumbai at Lonavala. Interestingly the show begin with unveil of the Special Edition of recently launched Swift hatchback. The Special Edition has been specially developed for music lovers and according to sources of company only 100 units of this special edition would be sold out in market. Apart from this the car maker also displayed the accessories that would be offered with this special edition. The forthcoming editions of Wind Song Festival are scheduled to held from 29th to 30th November in Hyderabad, January 24th and 25th 2015 in New Delhi, and February 28th and March 1, 2015 in Mumbai.

The special edition has been offered in diesel version of Swift which is empowered with 1.3 litre multijet engine producing the power of 74 bhp and torque of 190 Nm, and offered with five speed manual gearbox transmission system. The diesel variant of facelift Swift is endorsed to deliver the fuel efficient performance of 25.2 kmpl which is about 2.3 kmpl better than the erstwhile version.
Talking about the accessories of Special Edition it would be interested that these accessories looked more dynamic and impressive. The white colored exteriors get more passionate look with black colored roof, which is followed by black colored stripes on the front bonnet. The side profile has been decorated with music decals. The additional attractions of Special Edition are aero kit offered on the side skirts, underlip on front bumper and yellow colored alloy wheels. Apart from all these impressive features the most fascinating attraction of this Special Edition is integration of headset at the rear portion which helps in giving it a musical touch.
