Special Edition Suzuki Swift arrives in South Africa

The special edition of Swift comprises of some nice-looking enhancements on the outside as well as on the inside.

The first thing that would grab your attention on the brand new Suzuki Swift Special Edition is the 16 inches of sports wheels that not only provide the car with a bold stance, but the ride also becomes smoother and better than before. Another thing in this one that would be noticed is a new roof spoiler along with reworked tail lights. The fog light design is also new and the silver accents on the door handles add on a hint of glamour in the car. In India too, a refreshed sporty Maruti Swift is awaited for a long time and the company may come out with the same very soon seeing the overwhelming response from Indian buyers.

When you step inside the special Edition Suzuki Swift, the hatchback features sporty seats with some silver upholstery, which seems to be very alluring. The leather wrapped power steering wheel also has some silver hints that go well with the seat upholstery. An impressive multimedia system along with USB connectivity and satellite navigation completes the infotainment section here.

However, the engine in Suzuki Swift Special edition is the same as before. The car still is powered by the 1.4 litre of K14B petrol mill producing 94BHP peak power with 130Nm of maximum torque. The company has pretty high hopes from this one in the South African market, as the regular Swift managed to steal the show after the official launch. Hopefully, this special edition makes its way to India as well and its Indian fans very soon!
