Special Renault Duster Adventure Edition launched
Just a day after silently launching new model RxL under the hood of its highly acclaimed SUV Duster, French car maker Renault has today launched the special edition of SUV in Indian car market. This special edition is same which was unveiled in the recently conducts Auto Expo 2014, where it was named as ‘Renault Duster Adventure Edition’. The special edition has been offered under the flagship of SUVs 110 PS Rxl model and is available with price tag of Rs. 12.18 lakh (ex-showroom price in New Delhi).
In this special edition company has continued the same engine configuration of 1.5 litre K9K diesel engine developing the power of 108.5 bhp and torque of 248 Nm, the power to front wheel is transmitted through six speed manual transmission system. Therefore, the changes offered in this special edition include some cosmetic changes followed by integration of few utility features.
The major attractions offered in Duster Adventure include door side sill, smoked headlhights, cladding on arches of wheel. The logo of Adventure on tailgate D-pillar followed by introduction of alloy wheels making it distinctive from the standard model of its ancestors. In the interiors Adventure is blessed with piano black finish applied on central panel and steering wheel, green colored fabric panels and seat upholstery. As far as other features are concerned company has continued the features offered in regualr version of Duster.
