Special Schemes on Teacher’s Day by Chevrolet India and MSIL
With an objective to express respect and honor towards the makers of country’s future, every year Teachers Day is celebrated throughout the country. Keeping the contribution of teachers in constructing the upcoming society, Chevrolet India, the Indian arm of U.S car maker General Motors and country’s leading car manufacturer MSIL have initiated special offers for teachers with special discount and test drives followed by various luring offers on their portfolios. According to sources of both companies the schemes offered by U.S car maker will continue throughout the month of September, while the schemes initiated by Maruti Suzuki India Limited will continue till September 10, 2016.

Where the Chevrolet India has offered special discounts, test drives and other offers on its cars, MSIL has offered special services to teachers having MSIL cars followed by ten percent discount on service labor charge. Prior to this Chevrolet India had organized Teachers Connect Week last month during which dealers of Chevrolet cars across the India showcased the cars in schools, colleges and professional institutes and also offered the facility of test drive. Industry experts believe that these offers are part of US car maker’s strategy designed for strengthening its position in Indian car market. At present Chevrolet have Beat, Sail, Enjoy, Cruze, Tavera and TrailBlazer being sold under its flagship. With this the car maker is also working on bringing the generation next Beat hatchback in Indian car market sometimes during next year. Moving ahead it is also working on bring a new sub compact sedan Essentia developed on Beat’s platform along with generation next Trailblazer and Cruze.

Not only this, the Indian arm of US car maker is also trying of improvise its after sales service experience under complete care program in which it plans to offer transparent services at cost effective charges including warranty, roadside assistance and customer care centre.
