Summer check up camp by Skoda India for its customers
Skoda India, the Indian division of Czech car maker Skoda Motors has initiated a summer check up camp from May 2, 2014 to May 31, 2014 facilitating its customers to get their vehicles check at Skoda dealerships throughout the country. In the words of Mr. Pawel Szuflak, Director, Sales and Marketing, Skoda Auto India, company is working on exploring its dealership network and this summer check up camp is the part of this strategy, through which company wants to make its customers realize that they will be offered true value of their money for buying SKODA products.
During the camp owners of Skoda Octavia, Laura, Rapid, Fabia, Yeti and Superb would be offer 16 point check-up and would be organized by all Skoda dealers across the country. Apart from regular check up, other check up will include check up of air conditioner, steering check up, engine check up, clutch, tires, electric system, and wheel rims. Industry experts believe that such camps are helpful in enhancing customers trust towards the brand name and constitute an important part of services after expiry of warranty period.
According to sources of Skoda India company is also speculating to organize monsoon car care camp, and pollution check up camps for customers in the coming months after accessing the feedback of customers from summer check up camp.
