Suzuki Baleno caught, rumored to launch before Frankfurt Motor Show
Suzuki Baleno the upcoming hatchback from Japanese car maker has been caught testing on Indian roads giving an indication of its launch quite early before Frankfurt Motor Show 2015. The hatchback version of Baleno premium sedan from Japanese car maker will further enhance the hierarchy of hatchback segment by car maker and would be placed above its best selling hatchback Swift.
It would be offered with 1.0 litre Boosterjet engine and 1.4 litre K-Series petrol engine followed by 1.3 litre Multijet diesel engine. According to pictures leaked in cyber world the hatchback would be offered with wide color options including sunlight copper color which was offered in first generation Swift hatchback earlier in Indian car market. Another color options will include white, black, sliver, blue and red.
It is reported that hatchback will be developed at company’s production unit located at Gurgaon from where it would be exported to rest of the world including its native place. It is speculated that hatchback will go for sale in European car market from the last week of February 2016. In India it would be showcased during upcoming Indian Auto Expo 2016 and will go on sale from the middle of 2016.
