Suzuki Jimny Starts Reaching To The Dealers
Recently the Japanese car maker Suzuki had teased the images of its upcoming mini SUV Jimny slated for launch during the month of July this year in the native car market. Now the spies have succeeded in capturing images where the mini SUV is being loaded in the carrier vehicle for dropping them to the dealers. The mini SUV went under production last month.

According to the images, the units of Jimny and Jimny Sierra are being loaded in the vehicle for dispatching them to the dealers within the Japan. On the basis of the images leaked in the cyber world, the units being dispatched are Jimny XL or Jimny Sierra. It is seen that the unit revealed in the image doesn’t have touchscreen infotainment system and multifunctional steering wheel. It however embellishes push/button start/stop, air conditioner controls, gear selector the automatic variants and few more.
Under the hood, the regular version of Jimny would be empowered with 660 cc turbocharged petrol engine that will be mated with five speed manual gearbox and four speed automatic transmission system. It will be offered with four wheel drive system. This petrol engine configuration would be offered in XG, XL and XC trims. The JL and JC trims in the Jimny Sierra will be empowered with 1.5 litre petrol engine followed by the same transmission system as offered in regular Jimny.

Visually at first instance, both the Jimny and Jimny Sierra look the same but then the Sierra is offered with additional wheel arch cladding, different set of alloy wheels and wider tires. It is rumored that in India Sierra it could be launched as the replacement of Gypsy.
