Suzuki Swift Style launched in Japan
Without making any mechanical changes in the existing engine configuration, the Japanese car maker Suzuki has launched the new Swift Style in domestic car market. The hatchback although receives various remarkable facelifts and sports an array of new features which are offered keeping the changing marketing scenario in concern. The new Swift is however more aggressive and dynamic than compared to outgoing Swift Style.
To begin with technical features, as mentioned above the new Swift Style continues the same 1.242 cc K12B engine with (VVT) 16 valves and DOHC, boosting the power of 92.5 PS at 6,000 rpm and torque of 118 Nm at 4,800 rpm. In international market Suzuki Swift is offered with 2 wheel drive and four wheel drive options. The two wheel drive integrated hatchback is offered with five speed manual gearbox followed by four speed automatic transmission system, while the four wheel drive system receives five speed manual gearbox.
The exteriors of new Swift Style bestows chrome garnished front grille, black colored outdoor pillars, 16 inch alloy wheel, body colored sporty rooftop, LED turn indicators along with ORVMs and badge of STYLE on hatch door. Inside the cabin it receives side pockets on driver and front passenger seats, upholstery of superior quality with white stitching, leather covered steering wheel, new arm rest for driver and many more. The additional features offered in new Suzuki Style include reclining seats, front fog lamps with LED illumination lamps, 7 speed automatic transmission system with paddle shifters and cruise control system.
