Suzuki testing a new hatchback falling between Swift and SX4-Cross
It is reported that Japanese car maker Suzuki is testing a new hatchback that will bridge the gap between its popular hatchback Swift and upcoming compact SUV SX4-Cross. As it is know that during last few years Japanese car maker has enjoyed significant growth in European and Asian car market, where as its Korean contender has also introduced various qualitative products in these markets. Although Hyundai i20 competes strongly with Suzuki Swift, but while comparing the features offered by i20 are features offered in Swift are quite less. However on the contrary there are various hatchbacks available in both European and Asian market which are miles ahead from Suzuki Swift. But now with new hatchback Suzuki intends to overcome this drawback.
According to reports received from spies the new spied hatchback was although completely camouflaged it was longer and wider then compared to Swift hatchback. It is expected that the Japanese car maker would launch the hatchback sometimes during the next year. Apart from this company also has two compact SUVs namely SX4 Cross and XA Alpha in pipeline for next year’s launch. Whereas this year company is soon going to launch its highly awaited sedan Ciaz in Indian car market during the festive season. Once launched in Indian car market, Ciaz would be launched in Chinese market by end of this year.
