Tata Kite aka Zica; exterior pictures revealed by company
Finally the domestic car maker Tata Motors has disclosed the pictures of its highly awaited hatchback Zica earlier promoted as Kite quite early before its actual launch sometimes in coming days. According to pictures disclosed in cyber world by company the new hatchback carries aggressive and dynamic looks than compared to erstwhile cars offered by car maker. It is reported that the hatchback Zica would be offered in both petrol and diesel trims that will be energized with newly developed 1.2 litre petrol engine followed by 1.05 litre three cylinder common rail diesel engine that will churn the power of 64.1 bhp and torque of 140 Nm both these engines are reported to be mated with five speed manual gear box with this it is also expected that company might introduce AMT version also.
Well this is all about the mechanical features which have been revealed by various resources, the real pictures about all this will however come out at the time of its actual launch. Talking about the pictures disclosed by car maker the front fascia on the exterior will embellish chrome garnished honey comb grille with Tata’s badge mounted on it along with highlighted headlamps. Albeit the head lamps seem to carry large looks at first instance but at the same time matches to the overall looks of car. The side profile carries same look as offered in generation next Figo, the enhanced shoulder on sides adds elegance to side profile of car. Moving ahead the newly developed alloy wheel also play an important role in enhancing the looks of side profile. At the rear portion you will find newly developed tail lamps, black colored spoiler with studded number plate succeeds in giving Zica a sportier look.
As far as interiors are concerned nothing has been so far disclosed by car maker, but still on the basis of images leaked earlier it is expected to carry same interiors as offered in Bolt and Zest. The top end variant is reported to carry Harman infotainment system followed by multi functional steering wheel. Apart from this other contemporary features speculated to be offered inside the cabin of Zica will include front airbags for driver and passenger, ABS+EBD, rear defogger, electronic ORVMs and many more.
