Tata to Launch HEXA MPV in June this year
Domestic car maker Tata Motors had showcased the concept of Hexa MPV during the Indian Auto Expo 2016 held in the month of February and said that soon the MPV would be launched in Indian car market. Now, according to latest report the home grown car maker is all set to launch MPV in India during the month of June this year. The heart of Hexa receives 2.2 litre four cylinder VARICOR diesel engine that churns the power 154 bhp and torque of 400 Nm at 4,000 rpm and 1,700-2,700 rpm respectively. The engine will be mated with six speed automatic and six manual gear transmission system.
With its aggressive looks and features Tata Hexa has everything adhered in it that will let it contenders enjoy the taste of dust. Developed on company’s Impact philosophy the front fascia bestows hexagonal front grille along with fog lamps, projector headlamps and DRLs enhancing the appearance of MPV. The rear portion receives LED tail lamps, door claddings, integrated spoiler and dual toned wheel arches.
Inside the cabin it receives mood lighting system which changes its color according to driving mode of vehicle. Other interior attractions include Harman 5 inch TFT touchscreen infotainment system that supports connectivity with SD card, iPod, USB, and Bluetooth. Moving ahead with an objective to provide safety to passengers the MPV will adhere ABS+EBD system and six airbags.
