Tesla unveils its model 3 ahead of launch in Indian car market
U.S based electronic car maker Tesla has unveiled the India bound third model under its flagship and is expected to soon launch the same with starting price of $35,000 in U.s, car marker. In Indian car market it will be launched with price around Rs. 23 lakh. According to reports it will be one of easily available cars by renowned car maker. The bookings of same have been commenced by Tesla through its official website at the down payment of $1000. According to sources of company if any of the buyers wishes to cancel his booking then he will be refunded with token amount immediately at the time of cancelling his booking.
The unveiled Tesla Model 3 is one of the highly projected vehicles by car maker and carries most of its design philosophy similar to its predecessor Model S. According to Mr. Elon Musk, CEO, Tesla, India will be one of the markets where Tesla Model 3 would be sold. According to Mr. Musk the sedan will teach the top notch of 215 miles or 346 km. The delivery of car will begun by the end of next year.
Under the hood it will be boosted with almost 7,200 Superchargers that will help the sedan to accelerate the speed from standstill to 60 mph in the span of six seconds and will be offered with 2WD and 4WD option. In India it will be brought through CBU route. In the words of Mr. Jay Vijayan, Chief Information Officer, Tesla, company is mood of establishing its production unit also in Indian car market.
