The Race of Ticket Booking begins among Admirers for Auto Expo 2012
These days ‘Indian Auto Expo 2012’ is the hottest news in the media and discussion topic among the enthusiastic car lovers. The event will sizzle with launches & unveilings of more than 60 new vehicles & the refresh variants including two wheelers, cars, buses, and trucks.
The President of Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM), S. Sandliya said that the trade show will have global participation including 1,500 exhibitors from 24 different countries, car component manufacturers to tyre makers. It is expected to attract millions of visitors. The fair venue ‘Pragati Maidan’ has accommodation capacity of 100, 000 visitors therefore, the operator India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) has finalized to limit the general visitors entry.
There will be 40, 00 invitee passes, 30, 000 reserved slots for exhibitors and rest will be for common visitors. They will allow only a lakh visitors/day with Auto Expo tickets. The Automobile Component Manufacturers Association, CII and Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) are the three event organisers, which are almost done with the firm arrangements.
In 2010 Auto Expo, the gathering of 1.2 million visitors had been recorded that drastically declined in last year. The limited space, poor management and other organizing defects were the main reasons behind this failure. But, this time plenty of logistic changes have been done by the event management team.
The giant automakers have lucrative line-up of new cars to showcase in the forthcoming Auto Expo 2012. All the auto companies are to come-up with innovative designing, engineering, production & marketing ideas to allure the maximum of the crowd.
