Three more cars on cards of Mercedes Benz for 2014
German luxurious car maker has some aggressive expansion plans for this year in Indian car market. The major attractions by car maker besides GLA compact SUV and CLA 45 AMG during this year would be Special Edition of its luxurious hatchbacks A Class and B Class followed by 2014 E-Class Cabriolet. According to sources of company it shall be launching the Special Editions of its hatchbacks A Class and B Class to celebrate the successful existence of these hatchbacks in Indian car market.
It is reported that to make the Special Edition of A Class and B Class from the regular versions company will decorate it with some distinctive and dynamic features including new badge, body decals, panoramic sunroof, black colored wing mirror, new alloy wheel design, and electrically adjustable front passenger seat with memory function. Moving ahead the B Class will sport reverse camera, rear seat entertainment system, central arm rests at the rear as an additional features. As far as engine configuration is concerned the Special Editions of both the cars will continue the same existing 2.2 litre diesel engine developing the power of 107 bhp.
Besides both these version another interesting initiative from the car maker would be Mercedes Benz E Class Cabriolet which is expected to be offered with price tag of Rs. 80 lakh and sport various remarkable features. It will be energized with 3.0 litre V6 engine developing the power of 333 PS and torque of 480 Nm. Its engine will be coated with 7G Tronic & speed dual clutch automatic gearbox and will pick the speed of 100 kmph from standstill in 5.3 seconds and top speed of 250 kmph.
