Three New Electric Vehicles Readying To Debut In The Indian Car Market
Going through the endeavors of the Indian government for encouraging the use of electric mobility in the country, three new electric vehicles are ready to make their debut in the Indian car market during December 2019. It would be important to mention that since Diwali, the northern states like Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, and Rajasthan are struggling with the problem of smog due to burning of rice stubble and straw by the farmers in the states of Haryana and Punjab. It is believed that going through the existing scenario the launch of new electric vehicles, will impress the buyers towards the benefits offered by them. The three electric vehicles that are ready to make their debut during December 2019 are referred below:
MG eZS EV: British carmaker MG Motors made its entrance in the Indian car market with SUV Hector and succeeded in impressing the Indian buyers to a huge extent. Now the carmaker is readying to bring its first electric vehicle ZS EV in India on December 5, 2019. After unveiling the vehicle it will be launched during January 2020. It is empowered with 150 hp electric motors equipped with 44.5kWh lithium-ion battery the MG eZS is claimed to deliver an average of 335 km on the previous NECD test cycle and 262 on the new WLTP testing cycle. It is expected to be offered with the price tag of Rs. 22 lakh (ex-showroom) and launched in the five cities including Delhi-NCR, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, and Bengaluru.

Tata Nexon EV: The compact SUV Nexon by the domestic car maker Tata Motors has succeeded in impressing the Indian buyers since its launch and now encouraged from its success, the carmaker is going to bring its electric version soon in the Indian car market. It is said that the electric Nexon will offer an average of 300 km on a single charge. It will be equipped with multiple charging options beginning with a standard 15 AMP plug with a fast charger. It is believed to be offered with the price tag of Rs. 15 lakh.

Nissan Leaf: The Leaf by the Japanese carmaker Nissan has been on the sale in the International car market since 2011 and is recognized as one of the best electric vehicles sold in the global market. The second generation of the Leaf was launched back in 2017. It is empowered with a 40kWh battery that generates the power of 148 PS and the torque of 320Nm. It is endorsed to deliver an average of 400 km in a single charge. It is believed to priced under Rs. 30 lakh and will be launched sometime during the middle of the next month.
