Toyota Innova 2015 again spied running on Bangalore roads
We have been reporting regularly reporting our readers about next generation Toyota Innova being spied on Bangalore roads near company’s production unit. Last time spied witnessed it being tested on Thailand roads along with its other sibling Fortuner. Now the spies have again witnessed the seven seater MPV being tested on Bangalore roads. The new Innova would be developed on company’s new TNGA (Toyota New Global Architecture) platform.

According to reports received from spied the architecture of new Innova would be same as offered in the existing version of Innova, however this time the roofline has been lowered at the rear portion giving the MPV a sportier look. The other noticeable changes witnessed on the test drive version of Innova included newly developed front grille, new head and tail lamps, roof mounted spoiler and new alloy wheels. The MPV is speculated to be upgraded with contemporary technical features. As far as changes below bonnet are concerned it is anticipated that the car maker will continue the existing engine configurations in both trims with improved engine performance.
The Innova MPV has been one of the most successful MPVs offered by the car maker which since its launch in 2005 emerged as a trendsetter in MPV segment. It could be said that Innova played an incredible role assigned to it after the company replaced the then existing SUV Qualis from Indian car market. Although during these years the MPV underwent various cosmetic changes according to changing market scenario.
