Toyota Innova 2016 to debut during Indian Auto Expo 2016
It is rumored that Japanese auto giant Toyota is working on launching the generation next Innova in Indian car market during Indian Auto Expo to be held next year. It is also reported that going through the integration of new features the Innova 2016 may cost around 1 lakh to 1.15 lakh expensive than the on-going version. This will make the cost of its top end variant around Rs. 22 lakh. The new Innova will be embellished with both six speed automatic and manual gear transmission system.
Expected to be debut sometimes during the end of this year in global market the new Innova would be empowered with 2.4 litre or 2.5 litre diesel engine and will be completely based on new platform making the new Innova light weight than the existing version. The exteriors will be embellished with new bumpers at front and rear ends, hexagonal front grille with twin plates, enlarged air dams, projector headlamps with LED daytime running lights, and new fog lights.
Interiors would be developed with dual colored interior, new multi-info touchscreen system and new 3 spoke steering wheel. After launc the new Innova will compete against Nissan Evalia, Chevrolet Enjoy and Honda Mobilio.
