Toyota Motors Extends Warranty And Other Benefits To Its Customers
With existing lockdown duration coming to an end with every passing day, the government and all the sections of society have started assessing the post lockdown situation, so that nobody gets much affected by its consequences. Keeping this thing in concern the Toyota Kirloskar Motors (TKM) the Indian alliance of Japanese carmaker has announced to offer some interesting offers which could be a sigh of relief to its customers. Some of the interesting packages offered by the company include roadside assistance and extension of warranty, free maintenance service. These packages will be offered to the buyers of new vehicles from the dealers and the used vehicles (sold by Toyota U-Trust). However, the most interesting deal is an extension of warranty and the pre-paid maintenance packages known as SMILES.

The most impressive fact of these announcements is that the facility of free emergency support will also be provided to the customers who could not enjoy the benefits of these offers till 15 days after the lockdown is over. According to the sources of Toyota, the dealers across the country are responding to the queries through phone and providing all the required assistance to the customers in an appropriate manner. The dealers are also offering doorstep services to the customers in case of an emergency through local authorities. Along with this going through the situation of not driving the vehicle for a long time the company is offering maintenance tips to its customers.
