Toyota to commence bookings of Innova Crysta from March 2016
KM (Toyota Kirloskar Motors) the Indian alliance of Japanese car maker Toyota Motors had showcased the generation next Innova to be named as Innova Crysta during the recently concluded Indian Auto Expo 2016, after which its dealers across the country un-officially started its bookings. Now it is reported that the company will officially start its booking from March this year with the token amount of Rs. 50,000.
To be offered in both petrol and diesel disguises with two engine option of 2.4 litre GD and 2.8 lire GD in diesel variant and 2.0 litre in petrol variant, the Innova Crysta would be mated with five speed manual gear transmission system and also with six speed automatic transmission system. It would be interested to know that it is for the first time that this best selling MPV by Japanese car maker has undergone vast technical update since its introduction in country back in 2005. This version of MPV is already on sale in Indonesian car market and has succeeded in scoring five stars in ASEAN NCAP test. Apart from mechanical upgrades the upcoming version of Toyoyta Innova also undergoes various cosmetic changes giving completely a contemporary look. On the exterior it receives new front fascia comprising of newly developed projector lamps, fog lamps, enlarged air dam and hexagonal shaped front grille. On the rear side it embellishes new bumper, tail lamps and boot opener, the side profile however remains same as existing version.
The features offered inside cabin will comprise of electronic adjustable driver seat, seven inch touchscreen infotainment system supporting connectivity with Bluetooth, USB and AUX-in, automatic climate control and multi functional steering wheel. Apart from this it also features engine start/stop button, cruise control system and many more.
