However, on close inspection there exists a huge difference between both the vehicles. It is rumored that Toyota Motors is planning to launch this electric vehicle by the end of this year or in the beginning of 2022. The electric hatchback is believed to offer an average of 120 km in a single charge. According to the pictures leaked online the bumper, front fascia, and side profile although look like Wagon R at first instance but there is no similarity between both of them.
Toyota's electric vehicle adorns the features like LED lights integrated on split headlamps. The front fascia also has Toyota’s logo mounted on the front grille. The alloy wheels are similar to Ignis hatchback from Maruti Suzuki. The front bonnet is outsourced from Wagon R. As far as features inside the cabin are concerned nothing has been revealed by the spies capturing the images. Similarly there is no information regarding the battery and other specifications. As the prototype of the vehicle is spied on the roads it is rumored to be launched by the end of this year.
