Un-camouflaged Skoda Kodiaq rendered in a teaser
For the first time pictures of upcoming SUV Kodiaq by Czech car maker Skoda have appeared in cyber world giving a glimpse of vehicle under its production. The India bound SUV is going to begin its journey on September 1, 2016 from Berlin, Germany. From the images surfaced on various portals the Kodiaq SUV at first instance carries the same looks like its predecessor Vision S.
The front fascia sports company’s conventional angular style as offered in Octavia and Superb continuing butterfly grille integrated with Bi-Xenon headlamps supported with LED DRLs, aggressive LED taillamps, set of new alloy wheels and roof rails. Mechanically it will be offered in both diesel and petrol variant with two and three engine options respectively. The three TSI petrol engines will generate power between 125 PS and 180 PS followed by two TDI diesel engine boosting the power in range of 150 PS to 190 PS. The engine will be offered with transmission option of six speed manual and DSG dual clutch automatic system.
In Indian car market Skoda Kodiaq is going to launch sometimes during 2017 and will be brought CKD route.
