Volkswagen launches fuel saving game

An efficient drive can save fuel consumption by up to 25% and also helps in conserving environment. Saving fuel consumption is now fun as the car maker Volkswagen-the makers of Volkswagen Vento and Volkswagen Polo, has launched the new fuel saving game that is available for playing though iPad, iPhone and Facebook. Not only this, the top players would qualify for a national fuel saving competition or would get a wildcard entry in the International final i.e. “Think Blue. World championship." which is going to be held in California, U.S.

The auto-giant, Volkswagen has launched this app named “Think Blue. World Championship.” which showcases company’s entertaining approaches towards the “Think Blue” approach. This game is basically about the awareness of fuel efficient driving and it gives a view of how the car drivers can contribute to the environmental protection. You can download this game from iTunes store for iPad or iPhone and you can also play it directly on the company’s page on Facebook.

Added to this, till 16th September, enthusiasts can play this game with international players too. Furthermore, this game also enables the participants to get trained for the national fuel saving competition. Moreover, this game will also train the players for the “Think Blue challenges” which will take place in different nations. Winners of national challenges and the wildcard holders from this game would be taken to California, U.S. for the “2012 Think Blue. World Championship.” which will be held between 24th to 28th November and a world champion would be chosen from here.
