Volkswagen may launch Vento GT TSI in October
With festive season getting closer by each passing day car makers have started opening their cards by announcing facelift and upgraded version of their existing models with various enhanced features. Following the same custom German auto maker Volkswagen is reported to launch the upgraded version of its highly acclaimed car Volkswagen Vento in Indian auto market sometimes in the month of October. The upgraded version of Vento has been named as Volkswagen Vento GT TSI and will be enhanced with powerful engine and various new features.
The new Volkswagen Vento GT TSI integrates 1.2 litre engine followed by dual clutch automatic transmission system developing the power of 103 bhp. At the exterior front Volkswagen has not made any noticeable changes in Vento GT TSI model except decals at rear and both sides of car. Apart from this the front fascia has been customized with chrome grill with GT badge mounted on it followed by alloy wheels. The interiors might be upgraded with high quality leather seat upholstery. The safety measures adorned in Volkswagen Vento GT TSI might include Electronic Stability Programme, hill hold assist and anti lock braking system.
As far as price of Volkswagen Vento GTTSI are concerned it is expected that Volkswagen may price it Rs. 50,000 more than the existing version of Vento .16 AT. According to experts of car industry the launch of Vento GT TSI will help in enhancing the sales of Volkswagen to some extent. It is rumored that Volkswagen Vento GT TSI may be seen on roads during first week of October.
