What is “Own Now and Pay after 90 days” Scheme From Mahindra
It is not a hidden truth that like the first wave the second wave of pandemic COVID-19 has severely affected all the sectors of society. The auto industry is not an exception. In its attempt to attract the new buyers, domestic carmaker Mahindra and Mahindra has initiated new schemes for its buyers. The first scheme in this series is “Own Now and Pay After 90 Days”. The buyers buying any of the Mahindra vehicles will be allowed to pay the EMIs for their vehicle after three months from the date of its purchase. The customers using their Mahindra vehicles for commercial purpose will now be able to earn and save money on purchasing a new vehicle under this scheme. For the personal vehicle segment, last year the company had introduced “Own Online” platform. It allows the buyers to apply online for loan sanction and options for offline finance partners.
The customers buying a new vehicle through “Own Online” platform are offered additional accessories worth Rs 3,000 on online booking and further benefits up to Rs 2,000 on online sanction of loan. The customers are also allowed the benefits of additional accessories, extended warranty or payment of workshop in monthly instalments and enjoy the cashback up to Rs 3,000.
The company is also offering various finance schemes like low rate of interest beginning from 7.25 percent, no foreclosure charges, 100% on-road funcing, and funding for extended warranties and accessories. The company is also extending the period of paying the EMIs for personal vehicles up to eight years. Along with this the company also offers the instant EMI for accessories and extended warranty on the vehicles purchased through debit and credit cards.
