Emblem of superiority – Maruti Swift

Pros : fuel efficient, powerful, stylish

Cons : 2nd gear performance

I have been driving the Swift LDi for more than a year and it has been a great pleasure being its owner. First of all, the fuel economy of my Swift is good. It gives mileage of 17 – 18 kmpl which is better than the diesel Ford Figo. The 1.3 liter petrol engine has got great power which allows this hatchback to run with proper stability. However, at the 2nd gear the vehicle has some problem as the acceleration is inefficient until you switch to 3rd gear.

I appreciate the cool and youth inspiring design of Maruti Swift. The curvy front bonnet with long eyed headlamps enhances the elegance of this car. The rear and the side view of the car are also well designed.

Overall, Maruti Swift LDi is a good and it would not be wrong to call it best hatchback in India.
