Audi India paces for No.1 position in India, opens new outlet in Lucknow

In its race to attain supremacy in the Indian luxury car market, the futuristic German automaker, Audi India has opened its second outlet in India at Lucknow. After compassing huge sales jump last year, Audi India is hell bent on targeting the Tier II cities, currently viewed as the potential market for premium cars.In the last three months, the demand for Audi badged cars witnessed encouraging sales of 50 cars in the Lucknow-Kanpur arena much before the opening of this new showroom. The newly inaugurated Audi Lucknow dealership is the company’s second venture in Uttar Pradesh. The magnificently world class outlet envelopes an area of 12000 sq.ft comprising showcase of its top notch Indian car range along with a dedicated service area of 16000 sq.ft.

Headed by Four Wheels Pvt. Ltd., Audi Lucknow was inaugurated by Mr. Gautam Garg, Managing Director, Audi Lucknow and Mr. Niraj Srivastava, Head – Sales, Audi India. Audi Lucknow also sports the upbeat Audi Merchandise for its buyers in addition to Audi Shop and Audi Exclusive Elements. The company is aiming to touch a sales mark of 25 cars a month in the Lucknow-Kanpur region. As per the company sources, the sales of the pioneering high-end carmaker is closely associated with the promising response received in the Northern part of the country and with this new venture, the automaker is spearheading to capitalise this tremendous demand for luxury cars.

With the target of attaining the pinnacle position in the premium car market in the country by 2015, Audi India is pin pointing to inaugurate 9 more showrooms across Tier II cities this year to take the total count of outlets to 34 by the end of the current year. It is also learnt that the auto giant will launch new Audi Q7 in coming months.
