Audi India sales increased by 63 percent

Audi India has show a massive progress with a whopping 63% increment in the total sales in 2012. The car managed to sell 9003 units last year, which is extremely well if we compare it to the sales figures of 2011. The reason behind this jump in sales is due to innovative and new products along with efforts put in the dealership network of Audi.

In 2011, Audi India has sold 5511 units of cars and with 9003 sales in 2012; Audi’s progress is utterly remarkable. The figures have helped the auto major to exceed its yearly sales target with utmost pride and pleasure. This German car maker had set a target of selling 8000 cars in 2012, and touched this mark in November itself. After that, it revised its target to 8600 cars but managed to reach 9003 sales. The strong and diverse portfolio of Audi has certainly helped the car maker it achieve its targets. The unique marketing activities, terrific after-sales services and expansion of dealership network are other major reasons of success. Right now, Audi has dealership networks in 21 cities with its 24 showrooms across the country.

In 2012, Audi India came up with five new models and variant, which comprised of Audi TT, brand new Audi A4, superb looking Audi Q3, Audi S4 sedan and sporty Audi A8L 4.2 TDI. Audi Q3 SUV did receive an amazing response as soon as it was launched in the market. What added the bling was the Audi A6 luxury limousine and superior looking Audi A4.For 2013, Audi India has already geared up and is planning to bring in new and fresh product, which will help it to stand out amongst the crowd and beat its competitors like Mercedes Benz and BMW in the race.
