BMW M6 Gran Coupe launched with price tag of Rs. 1.75 Crore
During last few days lots of things has been said about BMW M6 Gran Coupe saloon sedan to be launched by German luxurious car maker BMW. Today finally the Coupe has been launched in Indian car market with price tag of Rs. 1.75 crore. The Gran Coupe is an advanced version of M6 series saloon which was showcased in Detroit Motor Show held last year and in Indian auto expo 2014 held in the beginning of this year.
BMW M6 Gran Coupe sports 4.4 litre V8 engine developing the power of 552bhp and torque of 680 Nm. The engine integrated is developed on company’s Twin Scroll and Twin Turbo charging technology which is one of the powerful engines from car maker. The engine is coated with seven speed M double clutch system. It accelerates the speed from standstill to 100 kmph within the span of 4.2 seconds and top speed of 250 kmph.
The architecture of Gran Coupe is similar to Z4 with front fascia developed with swept back headlamps, aggressive air intakes and traditional kidney grille. It carries the wheelbase from M5 sedan and carries additional features like carbon fiber roof and painted brake calipers. Inside the cabin the customers will be offered with three spoke steering wheel, luxurious Alcantar upholstery, leather seats, ABS+EBD, eight air bags and various others.
